Clearances Tab Definitions

Table 1. Visit Clearance Tab Definitions
Field/Button	Description
Add	Click to add a Clearance to the list of Clearances for this Visit. A Name Selection dialog box opens to let you choose one or more Clearances. Select the Clearances you want to assign and click OK to close the dialog box.
Remove	Click to remove a selected Clearance from the Visit. A confirmation dialog box appears; click Yes to remove the Clearance or No to cancel the removal.
Clearance Name	This column displays the Clearance names you have chosen.
Clearance Partition	This column displays the Partition where each Clearance resides.
Description	This column displays the Description field from the Clearance editor for each Clearance.

Add
