Revoking a request and removing the clearance for all personnel included in a request
You can revoke a request so that clearance will be canceled for all personnel included in the request.
- Click the Review Access Requests menu option.
- 
Select a Clearance from the Clearance list.
A list of all Personnel associated with Clearance displays. 
- Select a Personnel Name.
- 
                Click Revoke Request.
                The Revoke Request or Remove Assigned Clearance dialog box displays. Select the option to Revoke for everyone or Remove for selected person. If revoking a request for one person, the Revoke Request or Remove Assigned Clearances dialog is not displayed. 
- Click Apply
- In the Comment field, type a comment for the revoked request. This comment is included in the email notification sent to the requester.
- Click Revoke.
